Strawberry Salad with Mint
You simply have to try this. Even if you might think that strawberries are best without any additions, this excellent salad will convince you that a bit of mint, lemon juice, and sugar does no harm. The salad can be eaten on its own or enjoyed with a scoop of ice cream, yogurt, or whipped cream.

500 g Strawberries

pieces Juice, lemon

2 spoons Sugar, white

3 twigs Mint

Quickly rinse the strawberries under running water and dry them well. Pluck the mint leaves and finely chop them.

Clean the strawberries and cut them into quarters (or slices). Place the sliced strawberries in a bowl. Pour lemon juice over them and sprinkle with sugar. Add the chopped mint, then mix the ingredients in the bowl well. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to let the salad cool.
