Ingredients
- 12 pieces Strawberries
dekoracija
- pieces chocolate, dark
krema
-
100 g Cheese, creamy
-
0.5 teaspoons Vanilla, extract, imitation
-
1 spoon Powdered sugar
Steps
-
Rinse the strawberries under running water and dry them thoroughly with paper towels.
-
Mix the mascarpone and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and continue mixing until you get a slightly thicker, smooth cream. Transfer the cream into a piping bag fitted with a small star tip.
-
Use a knife to cut off the stems of the strawberries to create flat bases. Then cut off the tips of the strawberries – be careful not to cut off too much, as the "hats" will be too heavy and the Santas will tip over. Use a small knife to hollow out the strawberries slightly to make room for the cream.
-
Fill the strawberries with the prepared cream and carefully place the cut-off tips on top as hats. Arrange the Santas on a serving plate or platter. Use chocolate chips or small pieces of chocolate to make eyes, then use the piping bag to draw buttons and pom-poms on the hats. Serve the prepared snack immediately or store it in the refrigerator until ready to use.
