Strawberry Tiramisu
Tiramisu with strawberries and delicate mascarpone cream. A great combination if you want to surprise your guests.

Ingredients

100 g Breadcrumbs, dried

0.5 l Milk, partially skimmed

4 spoon Sugar, white

1 bag Pudding, vanilla

250 g Cheese, creamy

150 ml Yogurt, plain, from whole milk

350 g Strawberries

6 teaspoon Alcohol, Rum

Break the ladyfingers into smaller pieces. Clean the strawberries and slice them. In a bowl, mix two tablespoons of milk and four tablespoons of sugar. Add the pudding powder and mix until a smooth mixture forms.

Place a saucepan on the stove and pour the remaining milk into it. When the milk boils, reduce the temperature and slowly whisk in the pudding mixture. Continue stirring constantly and cook for another 3 minutes until the pudding thickens. Once the pudding is ready, remove the saucepan from the heat. Let the pudding cool.

In a larger bowl, use a mixer to smoothly combine the mascarpone, vanilla pudding, and yogurt. Cover the prepared mixture and place it in the refrigerator for one hour.

Prepare six glasses in which you will serve the dessert. Line the bottom with ladyfingers and half of the strawberry slices, then drizzle with rum (exactly one teaspoon into each glass). Cover the strawberries with the cream. Decorate the prepared dessert with the remaining strawberry slices.
