Ingredients
Decoration
-
2 spoons Sugar, white
-
pieces Vanilla, extract, imitation
-
pieces Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened
-
3 pieces Egg, egg yolk, fresh
-
3 spoons Sugar, white
-
250 g Cheese, creamy
-
1 dl Sweet cream
-
150 g Breadcrumbs, dried
-
2 dl Juice, peach
-
250 g Strawberries
Steps
-
Add sugar to the egg yolks and beat them for about 15 minutes until a thick, light, and frothy mixture forms. Add mascarpone and slowly mix until smooth.
-
Whip the sweet cream and slowly fold it into the beaten egg yolks using a hand whisk, ensuring the mixture remains airy and fluffy.
-
Prepare the glasses. Mix food coloring with a few drops of water and add sugar to it. Stir until the sugar is colored. Dip the rim of the glasses in water, then invert them and dip into the colored sugar so that the crystals stick to the rim.
-
Cut the ladyfingers in half. Dip them in strawberry juice and carefully layer them in the glasses.
-
Clean the strawberries and dice them (save some for garnish). Sprinkle them over the soaked ladyfingers. Spoon a layer of cream over the ladyfingers and strawberries (you can also use a piping bag). Be careful not to mess up the rim.
-
Sprinkle the tiramisu with cocoa powder if desired and garnish with strawberries and mint leaves.
