Steps
-
Crispy Base: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the crispy base, except for the butter. Cut the butter into cubes and use your fingers to knead it into the mixture, forming larger dough pieces.
-
Sprinkle the crumble onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until nicely browned. Let the baked crumble cool, then distribute it into glasses.
-
Strawberry Mousse Cream: Mix the mashed strawberries with yogurt, erythritol, and vanilla sugar. Whip the sweet cream. Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions, melt it, and mix it into the strawberry mixture. Gently fold in the whipped cream. Pour the cream over the crispy base, making sure not to fill the glasses completely, only halfway. Store the glasses in the refrigerator.
-
Yogurt Mousse: Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions. Whip the sweet cream. Heat the milk and sugar until all the sugar dissolves. Add the soaked gelatin and mix until it completely dissolves. Mix the yogurt with lemon juice. Pour in the milk with gelatin and mix. Gently and slowly fold in the whipped cream with a whisk, then pour the cream over the cooled strawberry mousse.
-
Chill the dessert well in the refrigerator, and before serving, decorate it with fresh strawberries.
