Steps

Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.

Remove the yolks from the halves and mix them with softened butter to create a smooth mixture. Add diced cheese, finely chopped onion, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well so that the seasonings and ingredients are evenly distributed.

Fill the egg white halves with the prepared mixture and arrange them nicely on a plate or platter. Before serving, garnish with parsley leaves.
