Ingredients

4 pieces Egg, fresh

3 pieces Fish, anchovy fillets in oil

60 g Fish, tuna, in oil

1 teaspoon Mustard

2 spoons Mayonnaise

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
Steps

Hard boil the eggs. Once cooked, cool them under cold water, peel, and cut in half. Drain the tuna and anchovy fillets well.

Carefully remove the yolks from each egg half with a spoon. In a bowl, mash the yolks together with the anchovy fillets and tuna using a fork. Add mustard and mayonnaise and mix everything well.

Spoon the filling into each egg half. Arrange the eggs on a platter and season with pepper to taste. Then serve them to your guests.
