Place a small pot on the stove and fill it with cold water. Carefully place 6 fresh eggs into the pot using a spoon and wait for the water to boil. Then remove the pot from the heat and let the eggs sit in the water for an additional 10 minutes. Place the boiled eggs in cold water, peel them, and cut them in half lengthwise.

Carefully remove the yolks from each egg half using a spoon. Mash the yolks in a bowl with a fork and mix them with mayonnaise and mustard. Place about a teaspoon of the prepared filling onto each egg half. Top the filling with caviar, then arrange the eggs on a plate and serve to your guests.
