14 pieces Mushrooms, mushrooms, fresh

70 g Cheese, Gorgonzola

0.75 spoons Breadcrumbs, dried

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth, then carefully remove the stems. Arrange the caps on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Clean the arugula, wash it, and dry it thoroughly.

In a small bowl, crumble the cheese and mix it with breadcrumbs. Fill the mushroom caps with the prepared mixture. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven for 5 to 7 minutes.

Arrange the arugula on plates. Place the baked mushrooms on the bed of greens. Optionally, sprinkle them with a little chopped parsley or thyme, or drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve the dish warm or cold.
