Stuffed Oranges

Ingredients

4 pieces Orange, fresh

2 handfuls Raisins

2 spoons Alcohol, Rum

2 handfuls Walnuts

1 teaspoon Spices, cinnamon, ground

300 ml Sweet cream

70 g chocolate, dark

1 spoon Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened
Steps

Wash the organic oranges with warm water and dry them thoroughly. Cut off the top of each orange and carefully scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Remove the seeds and cut the scooped-out flesh into smaller pieces. In a larger bowl, place ground walnuts, cinnamon, raisins, rum, and the orange flesh. Mix all the ingredients very well with a spoon. Grate the dark chocolate finely.

Fill the hollowed-out oranges with the prepared mixture. Place a smaller pot on the stove and pour in half a liter of water. Place a larger bowl on top of the pot and add the grated chocolate, melting it over the water bath.

Carefully mix half of the liquid sweet cream into the melted chocolate with a whisk to create a smooth chocolate sauce. Let the sauce cool. Whip the remaining sweet cream well with an electric mixer. Fold half of the whipped cream into the chocolate sauce with a whisk, and reserve the other half for decoration. Decorate the oranges with the chocolate sauce and whipped cream. Serve the dessert on plates, dust with cocoa powder, and present to your guests.
