500 g Cheese, cottage cheese

150 g Yogurt, plain, from whole milk

Steps

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Prepare a baking dish, size 30 x 20 centimeters.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil and mineral water. Brush the dough sheets with the mixture, then fold them like an accordion and place them in the baking dish.

Mix the remaining ingredients, namely cottage cheese, yogurt, sour cream, eggs, milk, and salt. Pour everything over the dough.

Bake for 45 minutes, then let it rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
