500 g Fish, cockle

0.5 bouquet Parsley, fresh

60 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated

200 ml Oil, olive
Steps

Wash the thyme, shake it off, and pluck the leaves. Rinse the pork chops under running water and dry them with a paper towel. Season each piece on both sides with salt. Thoroughly wash the tomatoes, remove the green parts, and then dice them into smaller cubes. Prepare the parsley pesto from the listed ingredients as described in the recipe.

Place a pan on the stove and melt the butter in it. Cook the pork chops in the butter for 5 minutes. Turn them only once during cooking. Prepare serving plates and place two tablespoons of parsley pesto on each. Place a pork chop on top and garnish it with the diced tomatoes.

Decorate the prepared dish with fresh thyme leaves and serve it to your guests.
