Summer Ceviche

500 g Fish, lobster, fresh

50 g Sweet potato, unpeeled, fresh

Steps

Cut the seafood into pieces, place them in a bowl, and pour over the marinade made from lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, and salt. There should be enough marinade to cover all the seafood. Let the seafood marinate for a few hours (preferably 3 to 4 hours).

Soak the onion in ice-cold water for 5 minutes to mellow its flavor. Then cut it into small pieces. Also, dice the tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, and avocado. Combine the chopped vegetables with coriander seeds, toasted black sesame seeds, and chopped parsley in the bowl with the marinated seafood. Mix everything well, serve on plates, and enjoy. A fried tortilla makes an excellent side dish.
