Ingredients

250 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

0.5 teaspoons Yeast, dry

1 spoon Oil, olive

175 ml Water

100 g Strawberries

100 g Blueberry, raw

4 pieces Kiwi, fresh

3.5 dl Sweet cream
Steps

Thoroughly wash the blueberries and strawberries and drain them. Peel the kiwis and cut them into smaller pieces. Slice the strawberries. Then preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius and lightly grease the baking dish.

Prepare the risen dough from the listed ingredients as described, place it on the baking dish, and stretch it to the edges. Then place the dish in the oven for 10 minutes to allow the dough to turn golden brown. Remove the baked dough from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes to cool slightly.

Meanwhile, pour the cream into a separate bowl and whip it with a hand mixer until smooth. Spread the whipped cream over the baked pizza dough and arrange the fruits on top.
