Ingredients

0.5 piece Melon

500 g Watermelon, raw

150 g Cheese, feta

50 g Olives, black, in brine

2 twigs Mint

1.5 spoons Vinegar, balsamic

1 spoon Oil, olive
Steps

Cut the melon and watermelon into smaller pieces, carefully removing the seeds (you can use the tip of a knife for this). Remove the flesh from the hard rind and cut it into smaller cubes. Wash the mint, dry it, and pluck the leaves. Cut the feta cheese into smaller cubes.

Open the can of olives, drain them, and place them in a larger bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and season everything with pepper and salt. Add oil and vinegar to the salad, then divide it into bowls, garnish with mint leaves, and serve to your guests.
