Ingredients
-
375 g Breadcrumbs, dried
-
75 g Butter, unsalted
-
400 g Cheese, creamy
-
240 g Mayonnaise, less fat
-
pieces Powdered sugar
-
350 g Strawberries
-
125 g Raspberries
-
125 g Blueberry, raw
Steps
-
In a food processor, grind the cookies and softened butter. Line the bottom and sides of a tart pan with a removable bottom (25 cm in diameter) with the prepared cookie mixture. Place the pan in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes.
-
In a bowl, use an electric mixer to combine the cream cheese and lemon custard. Taste the cream and add more powdered sugar if needed. Spread the prepared cream over the cookie base and smooth the top. Return the pan to the refrigerator.
-
Wash and dry the fruit. Clean the strawberries and cut them into larger pieces (e.g., quarters, slices, or halves). Take the pan out of the refrigerator and arrange the fruit over the cream (first the strawberries, then the blueberries and raspberries). Place the pan back in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours to allow the pie to cool and set properly.
