Ingredients

1 can Olives, black, in brine

450 g Tomato, red

200 g Cheese, goat, soft

4 spoon Juice, lemon

Steps

Peel the onion, clean it, and slice it thinly. Thoroughly wash the zucchini, cut them in half, and slice them. Drain the black olives from the can and let them dry. Wash the tomatoes, remove the green parts, and cut them into eighths. Drain the goat cheese and cut it into cubes, then toss all the ingredients into a large bowl.

Mix the lemon juice with a pinch of salt and pepper, add the oil, and pour it over the salad. Toss the ingredients well and place the salad in the refrigerator before serving.
