Ingredients

500 g Dough, puff

400 g Tomato, red

150 g Corn, yellow, in brine

150 g Cheese, mozzarella

100 g Meat, pork, smoked ham

2 spoons Oil, olive

1 teaspoon Spices, oregano, dried

1 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
Steps

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces. In a pot, add oil, tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Simmer over moderate heat for about ten minutes until the sauce thickens. Slice the mozzarella. Drain the canned corn and rinse it.

Preheat the oven to 250 °C. Stretch the risen dough onto a greased baking tray. Once the sauce has cooled, spread it evenly over the dough, leaving about a centimeter of the edge empty. Sprinkle oregano evenly over the pizza and top with slices of cooked ham. Place the mozzarella slices on top and sprinkle the corn over it.

Bake the pizza in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve immediately once baked.
