500 g Fish, shrimp

2 twigs Rosemary, fresh

1 twig Thyme, fresh

0.5 teaspoons Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

1 teaspoon Spices, oregano, dried

1 teaspoon Spices, paprika

2 spoons Oil, olive
Steps

Rinse the shrimp under running water and dry them well with a paper towel, then place them in a bowl. Rinse the rosemary and thyme under running water, shake them off, and pluck the leaves, then finely chop them. Sprinkle the shrimp first with salt, pepper, and ground paprika. Mix them well in the bowl and then sprinkle with oregano, thyme, and rosemary. Mix one last time.

Place a larger pan on the stove and heat it well. Add the oil and let it heat for a few minutes. Be careful not to let it start smoking. Arrange the shrimp in the oil and cook them over moderate heat for 6 minutes on each side.

When the shrimp are a nice pink color, remove the pan from the heat and serve the shrimp directly in the pan.
