Super Simple Apple Cake

Ingredients
Cinnamon crust

50 g Sugar, white

1 teaspoon Spices, cinnamon, ground

1 spoon Butter, unsalted
Dressing

30 g Powdered sugar

1 spoon Milk, whole milk

200 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour

100 g Sugar, white

1 bag Sugar, white

2 teaspoons Baking powder

0.5 teaspoons Baking powder

2 piece Egg, fresh

150 g Yogurt, plain, from whole milk

100 ml Oil, olive
Steps

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a 20-centimeter baking pan with butter and line the bottom with parchment paper.

In one bowl, mix the dry ingredients and the apples, which have been peeled and cut into pieces.

In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients, which are then poured into the dry ingredients. Mix well and pour the mixture into the baking pan. Smooth and level the top.

In a small bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Sprinkle over the mixture and place the pan in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.

Once the cake has cooled, remove the parchment paper from the bottom, then drizzle with a mixture of powdered sugar and milk.
