Ingredients
-
20 pieces Meat, chicken, wings
-
1 pod Garlic, fresh
-
1 piece Chili peppers, red chili, fresh
-
2 spoons Ketchup
-
2 spoons Honey
-
2 spoons Vinegar, apple
-
1 spoon Juice, lemon
-
0.5 teaspoons Salt, table
-
2 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
2 spoons Oil, vegetable oil, canola
Steps
-
Thoroughly wash the chicken wings and dry them with paper towels. Peel the garlic and finely chop it. Also thoroughly wash the chili, cut it in half, and use the tip of the knife to remove the stem and seeds, then finely chop it.
-
Prepare a shallow non-metallic bowl in which we mix the garlic, chili, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, honey, oil, and lemon juice. Mix until we get a uniform liquid marinade. Season the marinade with salt and pepper to taste. Dip the chicken wings into the prepared marinade and turn them several times so that the marinade adheres well. Cover the bowl and let the chicken wings marinate for one hour.
-
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Prepare a large baking dish and line it with baking paper. Arrange the chicken wings in the baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over them. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Then turn the chicken wings and bake them on the other side for an additional 15 minutes.
-
Once the chicken wings are baked, serve them on plates and offer them to guests along with a side dish.

Advice
The chicken wings can also be prepared on the grill. If we cut each wing at the joint into two parts, the sweet and sour chicken wings can be served at parties as a snack.
