Prepare a large bowl and place all the ingredients for the dumplings in it. Knead the ingredients well with your hands to form a uniform dough. Cover the bowl and let the dough rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the chilled dough into a thicker roll and cut it into eight slices. Flatten each slice of dough in your palm, place a Mozart ball on it, cover it with the dough, and shape it into a dumpling. Prepare eight dumplings in this way.

Place a pot with a larger amount of water on the stove. Wait for the water to boil, then salt it and add the dumplings. Cook them for about 10 minutes or until they float to the surface.

Thoroughly wash and dry the mint sprigs. In a pan without fat, quickly roast the almonds and sugar while stirring. Once the dumplings are cooked, drain them, serve them on plates, and sprinkle with roasted almonds and cinnamon. Decorate with a little butter and mint sprigs. Serve the prepared dessert.
