250 g Dough, puff

1 handful Flour, Wheat, bread flour

pieces Oil, vegetable oil, canola

6 spoon Sugar, brown

3 spoons Spices, cinnamon, ground
Steps

Place the prepared pumpkin dough on a floured work surface and roll it out to a thickness of 1 cm. Use a cookie cutter or glass to cut out small circles from the dough. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a larger bowl and stir well. Heat oil in a larger pan on the stove. Place the pumpkin dough circles into the hot oil and fry each side for about 4 minutes until golden brown.

Remove them from the oil with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Sprinkle each one with the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Arrange the fried dough on a platter and serve to guests.
