Ingredients

200 g Butter, unsalted

100 g Powdered sugar

1 piece Egg, egg yolk, fresh

250 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

50 g chocolate, dark

1 teaspoon Oil, vegetable oil, canola
Steps

Cream the softened butter with powdered sugar until fluffy. Add the egg yolk, sifted flour, and melted nougat. Mix the ingredients to form a uniform dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for two hours.

Clean and lightly flour the work surface. Roll out the dough to about 0.5 cm thickness. Use a mushroom-shaped cookie cutter to cut out the cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a double boiler, adding a teaspoon of oil. Brush the melted chocolate onto the caps of the baked cookies (you can use a brush for this). Wait for the chocolate to fully set, then arrange the cookies on a plate or platter and serve.
