Ingredients
Dough
-
500 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour
-
350 ml Water
-
1 piece Egg, fresh
-
2 spoons Oil, plant, sunflower
-
2 spoons Sugar, white
-
1 pinch Salt, table
Filling
-
500 g Cheese, cottage cheese
-
200 g Sour cream
-
1 piece Egg, fresh
-
3 spoons Spices, pehtran, crushed
-
1 bag Powdered sugar
Steps
-
Knead a stretchy dough from gluten-free flour, water, egg, salt, sugar, and oil. Shape the prepared dough into a ball, grease it with oil, place it in a bowl, cover, and let it rest for at least half an hour.
-
Prepare the filling by placing cottage cheese in a bowl, adding an egg, vanilla sugar, and sour cream. Mix all the ingredients well. Roll out the dough as thinly as possible on a damp cloth. Trim the thicker edges. Spread the filling evenly over the rolled-out dough. Chop the parsley and sprinkle it over the filling.
-
Using the cloth, roll the dough into a roll, wrap it in a well-wrung wet cloth, and tie the ends. Place a larger pot of water on the stove, add salt, and bring to a boil. Place the dumpling with the cloth into the boiling water and cook covered over moderate heat for 20 minutes. Once cooked, remove the dumpling from the heat and let it cool and firm up in the water for 15 minutes.
-
Take the dumpling out of the water, unwrap it, and cut it into pieces of desired size. Serve it on a plate and garnish with a sprig of parsley.
