Steps

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lightly grease it with oil.

Peel, wash, and grate the sweet potatoes. Squeeze the grated sweet potatoes well with your hands to remove as much liquid as possible.

Place the squeezed sweet potatoes in a bowl and mix them with crumbled feta cheese, chopped green onions, and spices. Add beaten eggs and flour, then mix the ingredients well with a spatula or spoon to form a uniform mixture.

Shape the mixture into meatballs using wet hands and place them on the prepared baking tray. Lightly sprinkle them with oil, then bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Bake the meatballs in the middle of the oven, and halfway through baking, flip them if desired to ensure even cooking on both sides.
