Ingredients
-
300 g Dough, puff
-
3 spoons Coconut, flakes
-
pieces Apricot, compote
-
pieces Pear, compote
-
1 bag Sugar, white
-
70 g Butter, unsalted
-
60 g Pistachio
-
pieces Powdered sugar
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Unroll the puff pastry and sprinkle it with coconut flour (leaving about 2 centimeters of the edge empty).
-
Cut the peach and pear halves into thin slices or pieces and arrange them on the pastry. Sprinkle the fruit with sugar, then carefully roll the pastry along the longer side into a roll, which you place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
-
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lightly grease it with butter. Using a sharp knife, cut the chilled roll into approximately 1.5-centimeter thick slices and arrange them on the baking tray, laying them flat.
-
Brush the snails with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped pistachios. Bake them in the preheated oven for 5 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 185 degrees Celsius and bake the snails for another 12-15 minutes, or until they achieve a beautiful golden brown color.
-
Before serving, dust the baked snails with powdered sugar.
