Sweet Rolled Pastry Pie (Soufra)
The combination of lemon and blueberries is truly something special. If the dessert is also juicy and crispy, then its a real hit. Preparing a sweet pie from rolled dough doesnt take much time, but the dessert is very interesting and visually appealing. The taste is simply wow.

200 g Butter, unsalted

1 piece Dough, wonton

5 pieces Egg, fresh

200 g Sugar, white

3 dl Sweet cream

1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

Steps

Melt the butter in a small pot over low heat. Unroll the rolled dough on the work surface. Take one sheet of dough and brush it with the melted butter using a brush.

Place a second sheet of rolled dough on top of the buttered sheet. Fold them into an accordion shape, roll it into a snail shape, and place it in the center of a greased baking dish.

Prepare another two sheets of dough in the same way, fold them into an accordion shape, and roll them around the already rolled dough in the baking dish. Once the baking dish is filled or all the dough sheets are used, brush the top of the dough with melted butter. Place the baking dish in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, add eggs, regular and vanilla sugar, mascarpone, sweet cream, and the juice and grated zest of one lemon. Mix until a thick, medium-liquid mixture forms.

Remove the baking dish from the oven and pour the prepared mixture over the half-baked dough. Tap the baking dish lightly so that the mixture flows between the layers of dough.

Distribute the blueberries on top.

Bake the pie at 180 degrees Celsius for another 20 to 25 minutes. Before serving, let it cool slightly, then dust it with powdered sugar and cut it into pieces.
