Ingredients
-
120 g Coconut, flakes
-
1 l Milk, whole milk
-
100 g Sugar, white
-
70 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour
-
50 g Koruzni škrob
-
15 g Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened
-
100 g chocolate, dark
-
100 g Butter, unsalted
-
200 ml Sweet cream
-
1 bag Sugar, white
Steps
-
Sprinkle a larger baking dish (40 x 30 centimeters) evenly with coconut flour. Cut the butter into pieces and chop the chocolate.
-
Pour 7 dl of milk into a larger pot and start heating it on medium heat. Mix the remaining milk smoothly with sugar, flour, cornstarch, and cocoa.
-
When the milk boils, gradually add the prepared mixture to it. Cook for about 5 minutes while constantly stirring, until it thickens like pudding.
-
Mix the chocolate into the still hot chocolate mixture, then add the butter. Pour it over the baking dish with coconut flour, spread it evenly, and let it cool. Then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
-
Whip the sweet cream firmly together with vanilla sugar and spread it over the chocolate layer.
-
First cut the cake in half lengthwise and crosswise, then divide each part into 3 strips, so you have a total of 12 strips.
-
Carefully lift each strip with a spatula and roll it into a roll. If they crack, simply moisten them with coconut flour.
-
Place the rolls on a tray and chill them well in the refrigerator.
