Swiss Chard with Potatoes

1 kg Swiss chard, fresh

400 g Potatoes, white

1 spoon Oil, olive

4 pods Garlic, fresh

Peel the potatoes (using a peeler) and cut them into cubes or quarters. Place them in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, add a teaspoon of salt, and cover the pot with a lid. Once it boils, cook on moderate heat for another 15 minutes.

Thoroughly wash the Swiss chard (each leaf individually) and cut into strips or tear into smaller pieces. Place it in another pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Add a teaspoon of salt and cook until tender.

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Drain the potatoes and Swiss chard, then combine them in a single pot. Add olive oil and garlic, and gently mix with a spoon to combine all the ingredients. Season and add salt if needed.
