Rinse the fish fillets with cold water and dry them with paper towels. Thoroughly wash the parsley, dry it, and chop it finely. Place a grill pan on the stove and heat the oil in it.

Place the fillets in the well-heated pan and cook them for about two minutes on each side. Season them to taste with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Serve them on a plate, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and offer with a suitable side dish.
