T-bone steak
T-bone steak is the back portion of beef, cut so that the bone resembles the letter T. If divided along the bone, it would yield a strip steak and a tenderloin. When properly cooked, the meat will be tender and juicy, melting in your mouth with every bite.

Advice
T-bone steak can also be cooked in a pan, but the temperature must be very high. The prepared steak can easily be divided into 2 portions, as this amount of meat can satisfy two people. Before cooking, you can brush the steak with the following marinade: in a bowl, combine melted butter, chopped onion and garlic, and mix. Add Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and pepper to the mixture. Mix well and coat the meat on both sides with the sauce.
