Steps

Peel the shrimp tails, clean them (remove the main vein), rinse, and dry with paper towels. In a bowl, prepare a marinade with lime juice, chili, and olive oil, then add the shrimp. Cover the bowl and store it in the refrigerator.

Slice the cabbage, carrot, and celery into thin strips or sticks. Peel and chop the onion. Rinse the parsley under running water, shake it well, and roughly chop it. Save a few leaves for garnish.

Place the chopped vegetables in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl, prepare a dressing with sour cream, apple cider vinegar, and mayonnaise, then pour it over the ingredients. Add the parsley, season with pepper and salt to taste, and mix everything well.

Heat a mixture of oil and butter in a pan and cook the marinated shrimp, seasoning them with salt and ground pepper to taste. They are done when they turn a beautiful orange-brown color.

Spread the tortillas on the work surface, place mounds of cabbage salad on them. Add the cooked shrimp, garnish with parsley leaves, and serve the prepared tacos immediately.
