Place a pot with a large amount of water for cooking pasta on the stove. When the water boils, add salt to increase the boiling intensity. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook for the time indicated on the package.

In a larger saucepan, melt the butter. Add the crumbled gorgonzola and mascarpone, and heat everything over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, until the cheese melts and a smooth sauce forms. Season the sauce to taste with ground pepper, and add salt if needed.
