110 g Caviar, red and black

Steps

Peel the garlic and roughly chop it. Place the breadcrumbs in a bowl and pour milk over them. Wait for the breadcrumbs to absorb the milk. Then, add the garlic, breadcrumbs, and caviar to a food processor. Add parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, and blend until a smooth mixture is achieved.

Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and serve with bread or sliced vegetables.
