100 g Meat, beef, fillet - lung roast

1 piece Shallot

1 piece Cucumbers, sour

1 spoon Mustard

5 pieces Carp, soaked

1 piece Fish, anchovy fillets in oil

0.5 piece Lime, fresh

1 spoon Vinegar, balsamic

Steps

Finely chop the beef fillet and place it in a bowl. Add finely chopped shallots, cucumbers, capers, anchovies, thyme, and parsley. Finely grate the lime zest and add it to the bowl along with lime juice, mustard, and balsamic vinegar. Mix everything well. Season with pepper and salt to taste.

Wash the beet leaves, slice them into strips, and quickly sauté them in a pan. Season with olive oil and salt. Quickly sauté the onions in a pan, sprinkle with sugar, and wait for them to caramelize.

Arrange all the individual components beautifully on a plate and serve the prepared dish.
