Temaki
It is one of the types of sushi, which translates to "hand-rolled." Temaki is served by allowing each guest to roll their own temaki. As hosts, we only prepare the ingredients and place them on the table. Of course, to avoid too much mess at the table, we can make the temaki ourselves and serve it.

Ingredients
-
8 pieces Seaweed, wakame, dried
-
50 g Fish, salmon
-
4 pieces Fish, crab sticks, imitation
-
1 piece Avocado, fresh
-
1 handful Sesame seeds, dried
-
3 twigs Parsley, fresh
Sushi riž
-
1.5 cups Rice, white, long grain
-
115 ml Vinegar, distilled
-
1 spoon Sugar, white
-
0.5 teaspoons Salt, table
Steps
-
Prepare the sushi rice.
-
Thoroughly wash the salmon fillet and dry it with a paper towel. Place it on a clean work surface and cut it crosswise into narrower slices. Place each slice on the surface and cut it diagonally into two triangles. Wash the avocado under running water, dry it, and cut it around the pit to halve it. Remove the pit. Peel the avocado and slice the flesh into narrow strips. Thoroughly wash and dry the crab sticks.
-
Dry your hands well, as they should not be wet, otherwise the seaweed will stick to your hand. Place the nori sheet in your left hand with the rough side facing up. Wet your right hand, take some rice from the bowl, and spread it evenly over the left half of the seaweed. Wipe your fingers on a damp cloth, then sprinkle a pinch or two of sesame seeds evenly over the rice.
-
Place the salmon pieces diagonally on the rice so that the top part is wider than the bottom. Place a strip of avocado on the salmon. Carefully shape everything into a cone or cornucopia. To keep the cone firmly sealed, spread a crushed grain of rice on the tip of the nori sheet where it meets on the outside and press it lightly against the seaweed.
-
Repeat the process until all the ingredients are used, alternating between salmon and crab sticks. Wash and shake the decorative parsley and insert one leaf into the temaki for garnish. Serve the temaki immediately.

Advice
If we cannot get temaki sheets, we can cut a larger nori sheet into two rectangles.
