Ingredients
-
4 pieces Fish, salmon
-
1 spoon Oil, sesame
-
4 twig Parsley, fresh
marinada
-
2 dl Soy sauce, shoyu
-
1 dl Alcohol, Sake
-
3 spoons Sugar, white
-
5 spoon Sesame seeds, roasted
Steps
-
Thoroughly wash and dry the salmon fillets. In a large bowl, pour in the soy sauce and rice wine, then add sugar and sesame seeds. Mix everything well. Place the salmon fillets in the marinade and mix well to ensure the salmon is well coated. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
-
The next day, take the salmon out of the marinade and pat it dry. Heat a large pan on the stove and warm it up well. Pour in sesame oil and quickly spread it over the surface (be careful not to burn yourself!). Place the salmon fillets in the pan and cook them at moderate heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
-
Arrange the cooked fillets on serving plates. Bring the remaining marinade to a boil in a small pot and then pour it over the salmon fillets. Serve with rice and freshly cooked vegetables. Wash, shake, and pluck the parsley, and use the leaves for decoration.
