Ingredients

700 g Meat, chicken, breasts

2 pod Garlic, fresh

pieces Ginger, fresh

1 piece Onion, raw

0.25 bouquet Coriander, leaves, fresh

1 piece Chili peppers, green chili, fresh

0.75 teaspoons Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

4 spoon Oil, vegetable oil, canola
Steps

Peel the garlic, onion, and ginger, and roughly chop them. Wash the chicken breasts and dry them with paper towels. Cut them into smaller pieces. Rinse the cilantro sprigs under running water and shake them well. Wash the chili and remove the seeds. Slice it into rings.

Add the chicken meat, chili, onion, garlic, cilantro, and ginger to an electric food processor. Process until the chicken pieces are finely ground and all ingredients are well mixed.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and season with pepper and salt. Then shape the mixture into small meatballs.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the meatballs. Cook them over medium heat for about 8 minutes, turning them once during cooking to ensure they are nicely browned on both sides.

Serve the cooked meatballs on plates with sweet chili sauce, cooked or roasted vegetables, and a side of your choice.
