2 spoons Soy sauce, shoyu
-
5 ml Juice, lime
-
1 spoon Oil, sesame
-
1 twig Parsley, fresh
Steps
-
Wash the onion well, cut off any wilted leaves, and chop it along with the green part into larger pieces. Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and slice it into thin strips. Wash and peel the carrot, then cut it into thin sticks. Wash the chili well, remove the seeds, and slice it into strips. Wash the ginger, peel it, and grate it. Wash the lemongrass, remove the tougher leaves, and slice the stalk into rings. Peel the garlic, crush it with a knife, and finely chop it. Wash the shrimp well and drain them.
-
Bring 5 dl of water to a boil in a pot and salt it. Add the shrimp to the boiling water and reduce the temperature. Cook the shrimp for a maximum of 3 minutes, then remove them from the water with a slotted spoon. Bring the water to a boil again and add the tagliatelle. Cook them for 7 minutes. Then drain them well.
-
Place a wok on the stove and heat it up, then add a tablespoon of sunflower oil. Let the oil heat up slightly, then add the red bell pepper, carrot, chili, ginger, garlic, spring onions, and lemongrass to the wok. Stir-fry everything on high heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
-
Reduce the heat and add the shrimp, frying them for 1 minute. Add the tagliatelle and mix everything well. Then add the remaining oil, vinegar, soy sauce, lime juice, and simmer all the ingredients on low heat for another minute. Then remove the wok from the heat.
-
Serve the dish on plates. Wash the parsley and pluck the leaves. Garnish the dish with parsley and serve.

Advice
If we cook the shrimp for too long, they will become tough and lose all their flavor. If the shrimp tails are smaller, cook them for a maximum of 2 minutes, but if they are slightly larger, you can cook them for up to 5 minutes.
