400 g Pasta, spaghetti, whole grain

200 g Tomato sauce, without salt

30 g Oil, olive

100 g Leek

12 pieces Fish, shrimp

1 pinch Salt, table

Place a pot with a generous amount of lightly salted water on the stove to boil the pasta (see tips). Clean the leeks, wash them, and finely chop. Sauté them in a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil and a bit of hot broth.

Meanwhile, clean the shrimp tails and quickly sauté them in a separate pan with a tablespoon of oil. Season the sautéed shrimp with salt and pepper, then mix them with the braised leeks.

Add the thin spaghetti to the boiling water and cook for the time indicated on the package.

Once the spaghetti is cooked al dente, drain it and mix with the tomato basil sauce. Serve the prepared pasta on plates, garnish with the shrimp, and enjoy.
