1 piece Onion, raw
-
3 spoons Oil, olive
-
1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

Clean the green beans (trim the ends and remove any strings), wash them, and drain. Cut them into 3 cm long pieces. Place them in a pot and add enough water to fully cover them. Season the beans with half a teaspoon of salt. Place the pot on the stove and wait for the water to boil. Then reduce the heat slightly and cook the beans for another 10 minutes. Drain the cooked beans well and let them cool.

Open the cans of kidney beans and white beans and drain them well. Peel the onion and slice it thinly. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice using a juicer. Combine all three types of beans in a bowl, add the onion, oil, and lemon juice. Season the salad with salt to taste and mix well.
-
Place the salad in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes, then serve it to your guests.
