Three-Ingredient Cookies
If you love bananas, peanut butter, and chocolate, then this is the perfect recipe for you. The preparation is simple, with the most work involved in shaping the cookies. For those who adore the bitter taste of cocoa, you can replace the chocolate powder with it and get an even healthier version.

Ingredients
-
3 pieces Banana, fresh
-
120 g Peanut butter, coarse
-
60 g Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Peel the banana and mash it thoroughly with a fork. Mix the puree with peanut butter and chocolate powder (or cocoa).
-
Since the mixture is a bit runny, scoop it with a spoon and place it in dollops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Smooth each dollop with the spoon and shape it into a circle. You’ll need about a tablespoon of mixture for each cookie.
-
Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then let them cool slightly. Carefully remove them from the parchment paper and let them cool completely on a wire rack. Serve with a cup of warm beverage.
