Tiramisu in a Glass

Ingredients

3 teaspoons Coffee, espresso

150 g Breadcrumbs, dried

10 spoon Cheese, feta

10 spoon Sweet cream

2 teaspoons Powdered sugar

pieces Alcohol, Rum

1 spoon Cocoa, powdered, sweetened

4 spoon chocolate, dark
Steps

Pour water for one cup into a small coffee pot. When the water boils, remove the pot from the heat and add coffee to it. Return it to the heat and bring the coffee to a boil three times (the liquid level should rise to the edge of the pot three times).

Let the brewed coffee sit for 5 minutes (to allow the sediment to settle), then pour it into a wide and shallow bowl. Break the ladyfingers into smaller pieces, dip both sides into the coffee, and arrange them in the glasses.

In a bowl, first mix the mascarpone well with a hand whisk, then gently and slowly fold in the whipped cream. Sweeten the mixture to taste with powdered sugar, and optionally add a little rum or vanilla extract.

Fill the glasses to the top with the prepared cream. Decorate with cocoa powder and grated chocolate. Serve the dessert immediately or store it in the refrigerator.
