Tiramisu Roll
You dont need an oven for this recipe, as you wont have to deal with baking a sponge cake. Instead, coffee-soaked biscuits will replace the cake, which youll use to wrap around a rich creamy filling and fresh strawberries.

Ingredients

24 pieces Breadcrumbs, dried

4 teaspoon Coffee, espresso

2 dl Water

3 teaspoons Alcohol, Coffee liqueur

150 g Cheese, creamy

100 g Sugar, white

200 ml Sweet cream

1 teaspoon Vanilla, extract, imitation

2 handfuls Strawberries

1.5 spoons Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened

Place a piece of food wrap on a clean work surface, large enough to lay four biscuits in a straight row. Quickly rinse the strawberries under running water. Remove the stems and place them on paper towels to dry.

In a bowl, using an electric mixer, smoothly mix the cream cheese and sugar. Mix until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the vanilla extract and a teaspoon of liqueur. In another bowl, whip the sweet cream, then gently and slowly fold it into the cream mixture. Keep the cream in the refrigerator until ready to use.

In a shallow dish, mix the instant coffee, water, and the remaining liqueur. Dip the biscuits on both sides into the coffee and arrange them in groups of six, side by side, in four "columns" or rows to form a larger rectangle. Spread the prepared cream over the biscuits. Place the strawberries in a straight row down the center of the rectangle, then roll the roll using the wrap (see picture). Tightly wrap the ends of the wrap to form a long candy shape, and store it in the refrigerator for several hours (preferably overnight) to allow the cream to cool and set.

Take the roll out of the refrigerator and carefully remove the food wrap. Place it on a serving plate, dust the top with cocoa powder, and serve.
