Ingredients
-
200 g Coffee, espresso
-
2 spoons Alcohol, Coffee liqueur
-
500 ml Sweet cream
-
250 g Cheese, creamy
-
3 spoons Sugar, white
-
3 spoons Alcohol, Coffee liqueur
-
1 teaspoon Vanilla, extract, imitation
-
200 g Breadcrumbs, dried
-
2.5 spoons Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened
Steps
-
Pour coffee into a shallow bowl with a flat bottom and mix it with amaretto. Whip the sweet cream until soft peaks form. In a separate bowl, add mascarpone and mix it well with an electric mixer. Add the cream liqueur, vanilla extract, and sugar, and mix everything thoroughly again. Gently and slowly fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture with a hand whisk.
-
Dip the ladyfingers into the coffee on both sides and layer them in a rectangular glass dish. Once the bottom of the dish is fully covered with ladyfingers, spread half of the cream mixture on top, smoothing it out evenly. Add another layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers on top of the cream. Place the remaining cream in a piping bag and pipe dollops onto the ladyfingers. Dust with cocoa powder. Cover the dish with a lid (or plastic wrap) and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving to allow the tiramisu to cool properly.
