Ingredients
-
8 pieces Bread, wheat
-
4 spoon Chocolate spread, with hazelnuts
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
3 spoons Milk, whole milk
-
2 spoons Sugar, white
-
1 teaspoon Spices, cinnamon, ground
-
15 g Butter, unsalted
Steps
-
In a shallow bowl, beat the eggs and mix them with milk. In another small bowl, mix sugar and ground cinnamon.
-
Cut the crusts off the toast slices, then roll them out to about 3 mm thickness using a rolling pin. Take the rolled-out slice and spread it with the hazelnut spread, then roll it up into a roll. You can also sprinkle some chopped hazelnuts or almonds on top of the spread. Repeat the process until all the toast slices are rolled up.
-
Place a larger pan on the stove and heat it well. Add a piece of butter to the pan and grease the entire surface. Dip the prepared rolls in the egg mixture and bake them on the heated butter. Turn the rolls while baking, and when they are golden brown on all sides, remove them from the pan and roll them in the cinnamon sugar while still hot.
-
Serve the prepared rolls while they are still warm.
