Toast with Baked Egg and Cheese

4 slice Bread, wheat

4 pieces Egg, fresh

100 g Cheese, edamame

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper if desired, then arrange the toast slices on it. In the center of each slice, make a small indentation using the bottom of a glass, and carefully crack an egg into it. The easiest way to make the indentation is to press the bottom of the glass firmly onto the toast slice.

Lightly season the egg with salt and pepper, then sprinkle grated cheese around it. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven for 6 to 10 minutes. The baking time depends on how well-done you prefer your eggs.

Once the toasts are ready, serve them immediately on plates and enjoy.
