Ingredients

400 g Tofu, hard

1 piece Onion, raw

3 pieces Onion, young

2 spoons Sprouts, wheat

2 spoons Flour, Whole wheat

Steps

Peel the onion, wash it, dry it, and finely chop it. Clean the spring onion, wash it, dry it, and chop it. Peel the garlic, crush it with a knife, and chop it. Rinse the sprouts under water, dry them, and roughly chop them. Crumble the tofu in a large bowl using a fork.

Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix them by hand into a uniform mixture, from which you shape the burgers.

Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry the burgers in it until golden brown on both sides, which takes about 10 minutes. Place the fried burgers on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess fat. Arrange the burgers on plates and serve with vegetables.
