Ingredients

500 g Tofu

1 spoon Oil, vegetable oil, canola

1 bouquet Thyme, raw

5 spoon Vinegar, apple

2 pinch Sugar, white

5 pieces Sweet potato, unpeeled, fresh

1 teaspoon Salt, table

1 handful Sesame seeds, roasted

4 spoon Soy sauce, tamari

1 teaspoon Oil, sesame
Steps

Thoroughly wash the cucumbers and slice them into thin rings, then lightly salt them. Wash, dry, and chop the parsley. For the salad dressing, mix vinegar, 2 tablespoons of water, salt, sugar, oil, and parsley.

In a bowl, mix the marinade made of salt, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cut the tofu into 2 cm cubes, mix them in the marinade, and let them soak for 15 minutes. Place a pan on the stove and heat it well. Add a drop of oil to the pan, toss in the tofu, and sear it on all sides for about 4 minutes. Then sprinkle it with sesame seeds and bake for another minute.

Fill salad bowls with cucumber rings and pour the salad dressing over them. Add the tofu cubes and refrigerate the salad for at least 15 minutes. Serve the chilled dish to your guests.
